I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.
  [John 17:4]

Is God finished with you, as the work of His hands? Have you finished the work the Father has for you to accomplish? Are you glorifying God on the earth? Why not?

Jesus certainly finished the work of redeeming you and I. He certainly did not lay back and rest on His heavenly identity. Might we get on with our Father's business and glorify the Father, Son & Holy Spirit? Will you and I have that testimony on our tombstone..

OR will we try and just rest on our laurels? Will we say “charge” or will we say, “get someone else, Lord”? Perhaps there is a task or person to speak with, that the Father has uniquely fitted you for. Pray about that.
